I set off at 7am Sunday morning and had a good no hassle drive to my first meet at Seige Cross. This was my first visit to Siege Cross in Buckinghamshire, TVSA have many open glider meets there each year, the dates can be seen on the Scale Soaring Sit there can be found in my Interesting web site on the side of this page. when you first get there you drive on to a very nice laid out flying site and and very well maintained flying strip. The flyers there are a nice friendly group and make you very welcome, and I would love to go back again soon. It was nice to see some old faces from other glider events I have been to this year, the day started good with a nice sunny cloudy sky, with some slightly stronger winds followed later but still enjoyable to fly in. Once we all said our good mornings to everyone the next to do was to put the gliders together with a team briefing at 10am.
